You pay a 3% commission on the final auction price (min $3,000 MXN, max $75,000 MXN). This is charged when you win, not when you bid. There are no hidden fees or sign-up charges.
Create your account, register a payment method, and click 'Bid' on any active auction. A temporary hold is placed on your card that is released automatically if you don't win. You can bid as many times as you want while the auction is open.
7 days from publication. If someone bids in the last 2 minutes, the time is automatically extended (anti-snipe) so everyone has a chance to respond.
No. Every bid is a binding commitment. That's why we recommend only bidding the amount you're willing to pay. If you win and don't complete the purchase, your account may be suspended.
Nothing. The seller receives 100% of the winning bid. The 3% commission is paid by the buyer. There are also no fees for relisting if your car doesn't sell the first time.
If your car has history, modifications, is from a special generation or you drive it with passion — send it. We evaluate each submission individually based on community interest. We don't accept fleet cars or salvage titles.

It's the minimum price you're willing to accept. If bids don't reach that amount, the auction closes as 'not sold'. You can list with or without reserve — no-reserve auctions tend to attract more attention and bids.
Minimum 10, ideally 20+. Include exteriors from all angles, interior, engine, tires, dashboard, and any details or defects. Check our photo guide — listings with great photos generate up to 40% more bids.
The hold on your card from bidding becomes a final charge. If the amount exceeds your card limit, we contact you to coordinate full payment via bank transfer. You have 48 hours to complete payment.
Once the buyer's payment and vehicle delivery are confirmed, we process payment to the seller. Timing depends on payment method but is typically 3-5 business days after delivery confirmation.
Buyer and seller coordinate delivery directly. Korsica can facilitate contact and offer transport options with logistics partners if the car is in another city. Shipping cost is covered by the buyer.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) for bid holds. For high-amount final payments, we coordinate SPEI transfers or bank deposits. We do not accept cash or cryptocurrency.
Korsica has a Buyer Protection program. If the vehicle has significant discrepancies from the listing, you can file a claim within the first 72 hours after delivery. Our team mediates and seeks a fair resolution.
To sell, yes — you need to complete KYC verification with your ID and CURP. To buy and bid, you only need to register a valid payment method. Verification protects the entire community against fraud.
Go to your profile, 'My alerts' section. You can create alerts by make, model, year and max price. You get an email when a matching car arrives. No limit on active alerts.
Yes. Go to Settings, 'Push notifications' section and enable the toggle. You get instant alerts when you're outbid, when an auction you follow ends, or when a car matching your alerts is listed.
Yes. Go to Settings, 'Security' section and select 'Delete account'. Your personal data is deleted, but we retain an anonymized transaction record for legal purposes. The process takes up to 30 days.
Go to Settings, 'Security' section. You can update your email (requires confirmation of the new address) and change your password at any time. If you use Google sign-in, you can add a password from there.
A space for enthusiasts where you can post photos of your car, discuss models, share news and connect with other car enthusiasts in Mexico. Think of it as a social network focused 100% on cars.
A section on your public profile where you can showcase cars you own or have owned. Cars bought or sold on Korsica appear automatically. You can also add cars you didn't purchase on the platform.
Any registered user can ask questions or comment on an active auction. The seller can respond directly. Comments are public and remain visible even after the auction ends, creating a transparent history.
Use the three-dot button next to any comment, post or profile and select 'Report'. Our moderation team reviews each report within 24 hours. Content that violates our rules is removed and the user may be suspended.
Yes. We organize meets and special events in different cities across Mexico. Follow us on social media and enable community notifications to hear about upcoming events. Verified members get priority access.
