Every seller completes a KYC process and each listing is manually reviewed by the Korsica team before going live. Only vehicles with complete documentation, real photos and verifiable data are approved.
Every listing includes a NHTSA VIN lookup (technical specs and recalls) and a REPUVE Mexico check to confirm there's no theft report. The seller can also upload additional verification documents.
If the auction ends below reserve, we open a 24-hour window for the seller and highest bidder to negotiate. Accept, reject or counter-offer directly from the auction page.
Korsica charges a 3% commission to the buyer on top of the final price (min $3,000 / max $75,000 MXN). The seller receives 100% of their winning bid with no deductions. When you bid, we hold your bid plus the commission on your card; if you win, it's captured and we coordinate payment and delivery; if you lose, the hold is released automatically.
If something doesn't match the listing description (hidden mechanical issues, undisclosed damage, fake documentation) you have 7 days from delivery to open a dispute. Our team mediates between buyer and seller and, if warranted, activates payment protection.
